Message from Pat:
The songs on this album were written mostly in the wake of losing our band mate, brother and friend Chris Williams last October. We miss him dearly and still cannot believe that he is gone. The majority of these songs came from fragments that I had sitting around that I just couldn’t seem to finish. Todd Wright and I got together in January of 2007 and it all came together quite easily. Todd and I have known each other for a long time and, as you know, he was a PMB-er for a few years. So he knows our world.

There are also songs I wrote with Brian, Jonny and Chardy. I am proud of this music, and I think Chris would have been also. If you listen closely, you can hear Chris – his drumming is on some of these tracks. We have found creative ways of taking his previous recording sessions and sneaking them into this music. These tracks were recorded at various studios/bedrooms/hotels/bathrooms and basements around Virginia, Maryland, and even Ohio and Rhose Island.

We were wrapped up in major label madness for more than seven years. We thank the fans who have waited patiently for new PMB music. We are a band that lives on the road, and you allow us this life – we are so appreciative of that. These tunes were recorded the way the first few albums were…..our way, at home with our people. These tracks are just the beginning of what I plan on releasing this year – there is much more music to come. Keep in touch. See you out there, Pat.
